Who Will I See at CrossPointe?

Age-wise, we are diverse, though largely younger, i.e., family age. Sunday morning attendance is around 175 people. Dress trends lean toward business-casual, though you can find anything from khakis to gray suits, flip flops to pumps, and dress pants to shorts. People in all age groups are friendly and engaging.

Children and Youth

Sunday School: We provide Sunday School classes for children preschool through 8th grade.

Nursery: We provide nursery for infants to children four years old. Children and nursery workers are dismissed from the Worship Service right before the sermon.

Cry Room: There is a cry room located at the back of the sanctuary for mothers and their little ones.

Youth Group: Our Youth Group (junior high & high school age) meets from 7:00-8:15 PM on Wednesday nights for prayer & Bible study. Please contact Dan via email (dan.seager@gmail.com) for more information or to be added to the group's weekly email list.

Why No Children’s Church? God calls parents to teach and train their children “in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). Since God has given this responsibility primarily to parents, we value the opportunity of having children remain with their families during the sermon. This also allows parents to discuss what was taught from the pulpit with their children. On top of that, we can testify that our children pick up on more than we think as they sit through the service. Do not be embarrassed - we love having your children, wiggles and all, be part of our gathering!

Community Groups

We believe that the truths of the Scriptures are to be worked out in our relationships with one another. Our community groups spend time trying to practically apply the truths of God's Word, encourage one another in their walk with God, and pray for one another and the advance of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

There are several groups that meet throughout the week at various times. Contact us to learn more.

Who is Jesus?

If you don’t know Jesus, this video wonderfully encapsulates the splendor of Jesus Christ our Lord.

What is the Gospel?

The Gospel is the happy declaration that God has taken the steps necessary to reconcile sinners to Himself through the work of His Son, Jesus Christ, for all who believe. Christ’s sinless life is put to the account of the believer, while His atoning death provides forgiveness for their sins, since it satisfies the demands of God’s holy wrath. The resurrection of Jesus assures the believer that, they too, will be resurrected to life eternal. This is ours, not because of any merit or work we do, but out of the sheer grace of God, received through faith alone.

If you want to know more about Christ - his life and purpose - and more about the gospel, please contact us. Do not delay. No simple prayer magically makes a person a Christian. A new life in Jesus Christ alone will make you a Christian. Begin this new life today by asking God to have mercy on your soul.

How Do I Learn More?

We regularly hold a class called “Exploring CrossPointe” for those who want to learn more about our church and want to get more deeply connected with us. To find out when our next class is, contact us.
